Winter Body Advice

Do you get stiff and sore in winter?

That is not the time to reduce your activity levels, especially if you have
a sedentary job. Sitting at a computer all day and then huddling up in the
cold on the way home to sit on the couch is a reciepe for disaster. Make
sure you get into the warmth of the hot room and stretch out!

Some of the biggest transformations I have seen in my cinic was from people
who combined a treatment course with going to the hot room and releasing all
those tense muscles and joints. It is so satisfying for me to see my clients
not only improve whatever body problem they consulted me for, but actually
improve in all areas of health.
